In a recent article published in the Hemisphere Magazine, Taipei was dubbed “The Next Great Design Center.” What was once seen as shoddy workmanship, “Made In Taiwan” is now worn as a badge of honor. Taipei was recently named the “World Design Capital” for 2016 by the International Council of Societies of Industrial Design. Not too shabby! Designers across the city and country have begun to transform this once-boring city of concrete and steel into one of beautiful architecture and interesting aesthetics. Furniture designers and others have followed suit, Taipei now blossoming into a truly stunning and intriguing city that can stand proudly among some of the most treasured cities in the world.
Even though one might feel limited to Taipei for taking depositions, Hsinchu and Taichung are also great cities replete with history and interesting architecture. When arranging for your depositions in Taiwan, you can also enjoy a “designer” experience. You will want to call on a court reporting agency with reporters and videographers living and working in the country who know the best places to shop and eat, as well as take care of your deposition needs professionally and efficiently. A reporter who can provide you with an accurate realtime feed with a rough draft within minutes of the proceeding is but one “designer” service. You’ll want to make sure that your firm can have exhibits printed onsite without having to hassle with vendors and worry about language barriers. If, at the end of the depositions, you don’t want to lug your unwanted documents back to the States, you can have your documents destroyed quickly and obtain proof of destruction.
In a time where convenience and functionality are the name of the game, much like Chang’s Stack Stool, finding the right reporting firm that can adapt and support you along the way is paramount.
